A 10-month investigation has led to the arrest of a Connecticut man who police say had sexual contact with a teen girl. On Wednesday, Sept. 6, Connecticut State Police announced the arrest of Litchfield County man Jack Lemay, age 20, of Salisbury, for inappropriate contact with the girl. Four Connecticut residents have tested positive for the Powassan virus infection, the first to be detected in the state this year. The twister touched down in Litchfield County in the town of Roxbury around 9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, and lasted for about five minutes, said the National Weather Service. A Connecticut man has been sentenced to prison after being found guilty by a jury of killing a 33-year-old woman and cutting off her head and dumping her body in a park.
