Woman, 43, Caught After Leaving Scene Of Greenwich HS Crash, Police Say A 43-year-old woman is facing charges after officers say they caught her leaving the scene of a crash in Greenwich, police say. Greenwich Police responded to the Greenwich High School parking lot (10 Hillside Road) on Monday, Feb. 25 around 7:45 p.m. on the report of a motor vehicle accident. Further investigation revealed that one of the drivers, Ayumi Izawa of Old Greenwich, allegedly struck another vehicle, causing damage. Izawa then allegedly left the scene of the crash without notifying officers or the owner of the other vehicle, police say. Izawa was issued a misdemeanor summons for …
