The incident took place in Greenwich around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 8 at Greenwich Plaza. Water Main Break In Greenwich Affects Morning Commute A water main break is affecting the morning commute in Greenwich. The broken main was reported at 5:40 a.m. on Arch Street across from Horseneck Lane. The driveway ramp to Greenwich Plaza and the train station is closed, Greenwich Police said.
