Vehicle Goes Up In Flames On I-684 In Armonk (Developing) A vehicle fire on Interstate 684 in Westchester is blocking a lane of traffic.  The blaze happened on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at around 11:45 a.m. on I-684 North in Armonk in the area of Exit 2 by Westchester County Airport, according to 511NY.  The incident is blocking one of three lanes on the interstate.  More information about the fire has not yet been released.
