Covid-19: AMC Announces Reopening Of Theatre In Port Chester Get your popcorn ready, Westchester, a popular local movie theater is set to reopen amid the COVID-19 pandemic. AMC announced that it will be reopening its Port Chester location on Westchester Avenue - with COVID-19 safety provisions in place - beginning on Friday, Feb. 5. It is the 13th AMC theater to reopen in New York since the pandemic broke out and forced them all to close.
