GREENWICH, Conn. -- Since Sunday is Daylight Savings Time, Greenwich is having a "Give Me My Hour Back" Teen Facebook Contest from noon - 2 p.m. that day at Duxiana Greenwich, 15 E. Putnam Ave.

This is a campaign to teach Greenwich teens about good sleeping habits. As clocks are moved forward, students lose an hour of sleep.

Poor tired Cardinal mascot is exhausted and can't stay awake. Find the Cardinal napping in Greenwich, take a selfie with him, post and add comment to the Facebook page to win prizes.

The comment must begin with, "I need another hour of sleep because ... " and send an e-mail to Start School Later Greenwich at SSLGreenwich@gmail.com.

‪#‎givememyhourback‬ is a local Greenwich campaign to educate teens about good sleeping habits.

Duxiana and The Local Vault will be sponsoring the contest prizes. There will be prizes every day for most likes and best comment. There is a grand prize of a teen bedroom redesign by The Local Vault.
