Greenwich Retail Spaces Still On Market

GREENWICH, Conn. — Various retail and office spaces in Greenwich are still available, according to Realtors.

"We have a lot of people looking, but it's still wide open," Mike Tedesco, owner of Tedesco Reality, said about an open retail space at 175 W. Putnam Ave.

The businesses considering the property all have other locations in town, but the names can't be released due to confidentiality, Tedesco said. The asking price for the 1,900-square-foot space is $2.6 million.

A West Putnam Avenue retail space that once housed high-end clothing store Elsebe is also still on the market with no potential buyers, according to a representative with RHYS Commercial.

A 4,800-square-foot retail building on 125 Greenwich Ave. is still available, though the office space was bought by a hedge fund company, said Thomas Gladstone of Gladstone Properties.
