“Milbank Court offers the best of both worlds – urban amenities in a suburban setting,” said David Haffenreffer, Houlihan Lawrence’s Greenwich brokerage manager, in a press release. “Buyers came from all over the region seeking out this dream location, which offers immediate access to downtown Greenwich.”

The two- and three-bedroom townhomes, which range from 2,786 to 3,360 square feet, also feature a private garden and terrace, according to a press release.

Milbank Court is a short walk to the Metro-North Railroad train station and just two blocks from shopping and dining along Greenwich Avenue.
