Flanagan grossed $200,756 in 2012, topping the list of the highest-earning 100 town employees. She was the only town employee to crack the $200,000 mark. Flanagan's salary increased by just less than $4,000 since last year.
The list was released by Mary Jo Iannuccilli, assistant director of the town's Department of Human Resources.
Town Administrator John Crary ranked second with a gross income of $185,781. He was followed by town comptroller Peter Mynarski, who grossed $182,397.
Managing Director of Operations Benjamin Branyan made the fourth-highest salary in town with $178,600, followed by Public Works Commissioner Amy Siebert in fifth with $173,359.
Rounding out the Top 10 highest-earning town employees are Greenwich High School headmaster Christopher Winters at $171,325, director of human resources Robert Lichtenfeld at $170,556, director of pupil personnel services Mary Forde at $165,444, Eastern Middle School principal Ralph Mayo at $161,737 and Greenwich police Lt. Robert Lombardo at $161,456.
Other notable top earners include interim superintendent of schools Roger Lulow, who grossed $158,765 in his temporary role and ranked 13th. Carol Mahoney, director of the Greenwich Public Library, earned $154,428, ranking 19th. Chief of Police James Heavey ranked 22nd and earned $151,297.
