A 31-year-old man was arrested by Greenwich Police after allegedly causing a scene in the police department lobby.
Gavin Williams, address unknown, was arrested Tuesday after police responded to headquarters regarding a man causing a disturbance inside, scaring several civilians, said Lt. John Slusarz.
When officers arrived they found Williams acting in an aggressive manner and yelling obscenities into the lobby telephone, damaging it in the process, Slusarz said.
Williams was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and breach of peace.
He was released on a promise to appear ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 21.
