GREENWICH, Conn. -- A driver was charged with driving while intoxicated following a crash at Ritch Avenue and Byram Shore Road in Greenwich on Wednesday, Feb. 24, Greenwich Time reported.
Greenwich Police charged a Port Chester man with driving under the influence following a crash on Feb. 24.
