Seymour, who was released on $500 bail, had been previously charged with driving while intoxicated for the accident off I-95's exit 5 in which she backed into another car. That happened an hour or so after she hit a utility pole Jan. 15, breaking it in half, then driving off, Greenwich Time says.
Police were able to connect her to the first accident while processing the DWI charge because of the front-end damage on her Range Rover. Police investigated the utility pole incident after getting a call about it's broken condition, Greenwich Time reports.
