A high school student was arrested at Western Middle School Monday for loitering after students complained he had been bullying and harassing them when school let out. The teen had been told several times in the past not to enter school property. He was issued a juvenile summons for loitering in or about school grounds and was released into the custody of his guardian. He is due in court on May 31.

A 26-year-old Greenwich man was arrested Tuesday after an argument with a woman became physical. During the fight he was acting belligerent and hit the woman in the face, causing injury to her nose, police said. He was arrested on charges of assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a $1,000 bond and was due in court Wednesday.
Sean Fitzgerald, 33, of 487 Dayton Road in Trumbull was arrested Tuesday by warrant for three instances of failure to appear in court. The first stemmed from an incident where he was charged with assault and breach of peace in March. He was released on a $2,500 bond and was due in court Wednesday. The second stemmed from a charge of operating under a suspended license in December. He was released on another $2,500 for the second warrant and will appear in court on May 27. The third was another charge of operating under a suspended license in February. He was released on a $1,000 bond and is due in court on May 20.
