Linda Riley Burke, a native of Greenwich, died at home in West Palm Beach, Fla., on April 4 after battling cancer. She was 65.
Burke was born in Greenwich on Dec. 5, 1945, and attended Greenwich Country Day School and the Dana Hall School before enrolling in Briarcliff College in New York. After a career as an executive with major New York advertising firms, Burke devoted herself to family life and applying her design and decorating talents to renovating several homes.
She is survived by her husband Edwin M. Win Burke Jr.; son Thomas K. TK Parrish IV of Boston; stepsons Edwin M. Burke III of Greenwich and James V. Burke of New York; and brothers James W. Riley III and Jefferson B. Riley.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made in her name to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
