Fairfield County Could See Snow Before The First Day Of Spring

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Spring will officially arrive Saturday, March 21, but the weather in Fairfield County could have a much more wintry feel to it with the possibility of snow in the forecast.

Sunny skies will dominate the forecast through Thursday. Temperatures will be warmest Tuesday with a high of about 50, but Wednesday and Thursday will be much cooler with highs closer to 39 degrees.

Clouds will move in Thursday night and could bring snow before noon Friday before changing over to a mix of rain and snow.

Snow returns to the forecast Friday through Friday night. There is a chance of between 2 to 4 inches of accumulation.
