Bomb Squad Called To Facility In Wilton After Former Employee Drops Off Bags: Police A factory in Connecticut was the site of a bomb scare on Christmas after an ex-employee dropped off suspicious bags at the building, police said.  The incident happened in Fairfield County on Monday, Dec. 25 just after 2:45 p.m., when security personnel at the ASML facility in Wilton at 77 Danbury Rd. Police Investigate Vehicle With Suspicious Device Blocking Fairfield Road A report of a suspicious car in Fairfield led to a road closure and a response from the bomb squad, according to Fairfield Police. The incident took place around 12:53 p.m. Tuesday when Fairfield police responded to a report of a suspicious car that was abandoned near Mill Plain Green, said Lt. Robert Kalamaras.  Officers arrived to find the vehicle parked, blocking a portion of the roadway, with a suspicious device in plain view on the floorboard, Kalamaras said.
