Three Seriously Injured In Crash Causing Hours-Long Closure On Yellow Mill Bridge Three people suffered serious injuries in a crash overnight in Fairfield County. It happened around 9:20 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, on the Yellow Mill Bridge located on Stratford Avenue in Bridgeport. The crash took place in Fairfield County around 2:03 a.m., Tuesday, June 9, at the intersection of Brooks and Jane streets in Bridgeport. ID Released For Redding Man Killed In Head-On Crash Near Monroe/Easton Border A man killed during a two-vehicle head-on crash near the Monroe/Easton border over the weekend has been identified. Andy Rivera, 36, of Redding, was killed around 5:33 p.m., Sunday,  July 14, on Route 59 in the area of 757 Stepney Road, said Easton Police Chief Timothy Shaw. One Killed In Head-On Crash Near Monroe/Easton Border A man was killed during a two-vehicle head-on crash near the Monroe/Easton border over the weekend. The crash took place around 5:33 p.m., Sunday,  July 14, on Route 59 in the area of 757 Stepney Road, said Easton Police Chief Timothy Shaw.  When officers arrived on the scene they found multiple injured victims in both vehicles, he said.
