Police In CT Ask Public For Help Locating Missing 75-Year-Old Man Police have asked the public for help locating a missing 75-year-old man who was last seen in Connecticut. Joel Lewis was last seen on Monday, April 11, in the area of Sisson Avenue in Hartford, according to the Hartford Police Department. Lewis is described as being 5-foot-8 and 190 pounds, with sandy-colored hair and brown eyes, police reported. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, tan cargo pants, and slippers, authorities said. Police said Lewis was diagnosed with dementia. Double CT Shooting Leaves One Dead, One Injured, Police Say One man is dead and another is wounded after a double shooting in Connecticut. The two men were found when Hartford Police officers responded to Kent Street for a report on a Shot Spotter activation around 5:29 p.m., Wednesday, June 9. When officers arrived on the scene they found a crime scene, but no victims.
