Police Seeking Help IDing Woman In Connection To Hit-Run Crash Investigation Police are asking the public for help identifying a woman who is a person of interest in a hit-and-run crash in Norwalk. The crash took place on Wednesday, July 31, at the Shorehaven Mobil Gas Station at 219 East Ave., police said. The women is a person of interest in this hit and run, police said.
