Local Investors Purchase Fairfield Kohl's Building For $12.5M A group of investors is teaming up to purchase the Kohl’s building in Fairfield. Westport-based Vidal/Wettenstein announced this week that the three-parcel property on Tunxis Hill Road has been sold in a $12.5 million off-market deal. The property has been fully occupied as the terms of the sale were finalized. Over the past several decades, the main building has housed several tenants, including the original PathMart Food Store, an Arlan’s department store and Caldor.
