The first incident took place around 7:15 p.m., Monday, Nov. 23, on Seaview Avenue that was picked up by the Bridgeport Police Department's Shot Spotter system, according to Scott Appleby, the city’s director of emergency management. Man Killed In Shooting At Apartment Complex In Bridgeport Click here for an updated story: ID Revealed For Victim In Fatal Bridgeport Shooting A suspect is on the loose after a man was shot and killed late Thursday night in Bridgeport. The shooting took place around 10 p.m. Thursday at the PT Barnum Apartments, located at 467 Bird St., said Av Harris, spokesman for the Bridgeport Police Department. The identity of the victim has not yet been confirmed, police said. Harris said there are few details available due to the incident being an active investigation.  This is a developing story.
