Police Seek To Speak To Car Break-In Victims After Suspects Nabbed Connecticut State Police from Troop A-Southbury and the Southbury Police Department are seeking to speak to victims of car break-ins in the Roxbury and Southbury area. On July 15, 2018 at approximately 6:20 a.m., troopers responded to Southbury Road in Roxbury after a resident reported that two black male suspects were rummaging through his vehicle in his driveway, however when seen, the two suspects fled in a silver sedan.
