Body Found Floating In Water Off Stamford Marina Stamford Police found a body floating in the water off Cummmings Park Marina after receiving a 911 call from a boater. The body was discovered around 5 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 19, after a boater in the channel off West Beach came upon the body, said Stamford Police Lt. Michael A. Noto.
