Victim Identified In Fatal I-95 Crash This story has been updated. A 24-year-old man who was a passenger in a car that was disabled in the left lane of I-95 was struck and killed by a passing vehicle has been identified. Alfredo Javier Lopez Marrero, of Tampa, Florida, was killed around 2:40 a.m. Friday while standing outside of the disabled vehicle on northbound I-95 just south of exit 40 in Milford, said the Connecticut State Police.
