Stratford Man Arrested For Making Threats Against Police
A man wanted by police for allegedly making threats against local law enforcement that included references to ISIS has been arrested. Miguel Silva, 31, of Stratford, was arrested by Milford Police on Thursday, Jan 23 on an active warrant, said the Milford Police.
