CT Man Arrested Twice In One Day For Punching The Same Man An area man has been arrested for an alleged assault after returning to the scene of an earlier incident. Michael Zilinski, 58, of Milford, was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 29, after police responded to a Milford home for a possible domestic violence incident, Milford Police said. An investigation led to the arrest of Zilinski who is accused of punching a man in the face, police said. Zilinski was released from custody and issued conditions of release.
