The New Canaan Police Department received three complaints regarding vehicles entered early on Thursday, Nov. 5, said New Canaan Police Chief Leon Krolikowski. Man, 21, Faces Assault Charge After New Canaan Domestic Dispute A domestic dispute that turned violent has led to a pair of charges for a 21-year-old man on Monday afternoon. Officers from the New Canaan Police Department were dispatched to a Logan Road residence shortly before 2 p.m. on Monday, May 7, where there was a reported domestic dispute in progress between two members of the home. Upon arrival, police were able to quell the incident and investigation determined that New Canaan resident Dean Ali Tarchoun was involved in the dispute with his victim, and he was arrested at the scene.
