Second Student At HS In Fairfield County Dies Unexpectedly In Two-Week Span The second Wilton High School student in a two-week span has died unexpectedly, according to Wilton Public Schools Superintendent Kevin Smith.  The unnamed student, died after he was "gravely" wounded around 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2. Kevin Smith, 58, of Shelton, arrived at the Shelton Police department on Thursday, Sept. 12, and told officers he had just smashed a window on the Plumb Memorial Library in Shelton, said Det.
