$52M Scheme: Wilton Resident Among 10 Charged By Feds
Ten people have been charged in connection with a massive scheme to defraud a leading cargo airline based in New York of tens of millions of dollars in revenue and the services of its employees, federal authorities announced.
The 10 charged are:

Westchester Financier Who Went Missing While Jogging Found Dead
The body of a missing New York man who disappeared while jogging during a trip to Virginia has been found.
According to Patrick County Sheriff Dan Smith, the body of Bruce Rubin, age 61, of Westchester County, was found around noon on Monday, July 12 off a bluff in the Roaring Creek Gorge in Vesta, Virginia.
Rubin, the chief operating officer, and chief compliance officer of the multibillion-dollar investment firm Westchester Capital Management in Valhalla, was found by sheriff's deputies and Primland Resort employees who had been searching since he was reported missing on Friday, July 2.

A motorist was killed when his car flipped over a concrete barrier on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Westchester County and fell about 25 feet onto another roadway.
The 2002 Ford Ranger was traveling northbound at 9 p.m., Saturday, June 19, when the driver lost control, spun out, and struck the barrier, said Kieran O'Leary, spokesman for the Westchester County Police.

A Fairfield County man was busted driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit in Westchester, police said.
New York State troopers stopped Danbury resident Kevin Edmond Jr., 32, at on I-287 at approximately 12:40 a.m. on Sunday, June 14 in Harrison, when he committed vehicle and traffic violations.
According to police, during the subsequent traffic stop, it was determined that Edmond was allegedly intoxicated, and he was taken into custody by troopers without incident.

A Fairfield County man was driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit during a late-night traffic stop on I-287 in Westchester, New York State Police announced.
