Norwalk Felon Charged With Shooting Himself, Police Say A 25-year-old Norwalk man who was shot, causing a large response, has been charged with shooting himself and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Moses Jeannot turned himself in to Norwalk Police on Tuesday, March 21 for the incident which took place on Monday, Feb. 20 on Dry Hill Road. According to Norwalk Police Sgt. Information Sought: 18-Year-Old CT Man Found Shot On Busy Roadway Connecticut State Police are seeking information after finding an 18-year-old man on a city street with gunshot wounds. The incident occurred in Middlesex County around 9:40 p.m., Saturday, March 11, on West Street -- also known as Route 372 -- in Cromwell. The man told police he had been injured in a shooting incident, but little else before he was transported to a hospital for what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries, state police said. Man Shot In Legs In Fairfield County, Police Say A man was found shot in the legs in Fairfield County after police received multiple phone calls reporting gunshots. The incident took place in Norwalk around 11 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 4 in the area of South Main Street and Merritt Street. Responding officers located a crime scene in the area of South Main Street, but not a victim, said Norwalk Police Lt.
