Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing Fairfield County mother of five Jennifer Farber Dulos is facing additional legal problems as a bank moves to foreclose on one of his properties. Missing Mom Case: Gag Order Issued, Family Believes She Is Dead, Husband Pleads Not Guilty
The estranged husband of Fairfield County missing mom Jennifer Farber Dulos pleaded not guilty to a second charge of tampering with evidence. During the hearing in Stamford Superior Court on Thursday, Sept. 12, the judge also issued a gag order in the case saying comments by attorneys and other parties could affect the outcome of a trial.
