There was gridlock on a stretch of I-95 in Westchester County early Saturday evening following a serious crash. The crash, reported around 6:15 p.m., occurred on the southbound side at I-287 (Cross Westchester Expressway/Exit 21) with stop-and-go delays of up to a half-hour stretching back to Indian Field Road (Exit 4) in Greenwich.
