Stamford Teen Charged With Rape For Second Time
A 17-year-old Stamford teen has been charged with rape for the second time following an extensive investigation into the brutal attacks of two women. The unidentified teen was arrested again on Wednesday, Jan. 15, in connection with the rape of a woman walking home on East Main Street in October 2019, said Lt. Know Him? Suspect Who Tried Breaking Into Stamford Homes At Large
Police are asking the public for help in identifying the man pictured who may be involved in attempted home break-ins in the area. The man reportedly broke in a home in the Cove area of Stamford on Monday, July 16 and then another home on Highland Avenue around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The man is described as being a light-skinned black male with a beard. Anyone with information is asked to call Property Crime Officers at 203-977-4407. Cocaine Delivery Attempt Intercepted In Stamford
Stamford police nabbed a 28-year-old man as he attempted to deliver more than two ounces of cocaine in the Cove. Jesus Seguinot of New Haven was arrested after agents with the Stamford Police Department's Narcotics and Organized Crime squad received word he would be making a drop of powder cocaine to a Waterbury Avenue home, said Capt. Richard Conklin. Officers set up surveillance Friday on the home and spotted Seguinot pulling into the driveway of the drop house, along with a woman and her 16-month-old child, and moved in to apprehend him, Conklin said.
