Man Found Dead On Highway Was Homicide Victim, CT State Police Say This story has been updated.The death of a man who was found dead on the side of the roadway has been determined a homicide, according to the Connecticut State Police. The unidentified man was found around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday when Troopers were dispatched to the area of Route 2 westbound near the Exit 4 off-ramp in the town of East Hartford, said the Connecticut State Police.
