Woman, 28, Charged With DUI After I-95 Crash An allegedly drunk driver was busted by police in Fairfield County after being involved in an early morning weekend crash near an I-95 exit ramp in Greenwich. Members of the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to the area of Delavan Avenue and Byram Shore Road at approximately 4:20 a.m. on Sunday morning, where there was a reported crash in the area.
