Kevin M. Ezzo, of Greenwich, was arrested on an active warrant on Tuesday, June 25 related to the road rage incident in May, said police. There were lengthy delays on a stretch of I-95 after a crash that initially blocked the right lane near the border of Greenwich and Port Chester late Tuesday morning.
