Greenwich Police say they were on patrol in the area of Horseneck Lane between Field Point Road and Arch Street when they observed a vehicle traveling east and crossing over the painted double-yellow line into the westbound lane of travel on Thursday, July 4 around 3 a.m. Officers initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Martha Maduro, 47, of Greenwich. Kevin M. Ezzo, of Greenwich, was arrested on an active warrant on Tuesday, June 25 related to the road rage incident in May, said police. Crash Causes I-95 Delays This story has been updated. There were lengthy delays on a stretch of I-95 after a crash that initially blocked the right lane near the border of Greenwich and Port Chester late Tuesday morning. The crash was northbound between Delavan Avenue (Exit 2) and Arch Street (Exit 3), with stop-and-go delays of up to a half hour to I-287 (Exit 21) in Westchester until the lane reopened around 12:30 p.m. Check back to Daily Voice for updates.
