Double Homicide Suspect Arrested As Fugitive In Connecticut
An out-of-state fugitive suspected in a double murder was arrested Monday, Jan. 29, at about 4:45 p.m. in Connecticut. Connecticut State Police detectives from Eastern District Major Crime were contacted by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office in South Carolina requesting assistance in locating a suspect wanted for a double homicide in Aiken, S.C. State Police detectives received additional information that the suspect, Jeremie Tobey, was at Windham Hospital in Willimantic.
