A detour is in place.  Crews are milling the roadway and getting ready to do paving work.

Norwalk Police: Cash, Xbox Missing After Home Burglary On Lindenwoods Road NORWALK, Conn. — Several items were missing from a Lindenwoods Road home after a burglary on Wednesday, police said. The resident told police that she had left her home in the morning to go to work. When she returned in the evening, she found that a screen on a rear window had been ripped, police said. Her family later noticed that several items in the home were missing, including $300 in cash, various $25 gift cards and an Xbox gaming system, police said. Police are investigating the incident.

Atlantic Street is closed to southbound traffic heading towards Harbor Point between N. State and S. State streets. The closure is due to construction in the area. Officials previously announced construction of an extended I-95 exit ramp and a reconstructed railroad bridge in the area.

Gelfand, who is a rising senior at Weston High School, said he’s ready for the swimming trials as he strives to make the U.S. Paralympic team.
