The company announced its top 15 agents by dollar volume companywide, its top 15 by units company-wide, as well as its top two agents by both dollar volume and units in each of its offices.
The list of top agents by units company-wide included Southport agent Tony Coelho. Southport’s top two agents by dollar volume were Chris Titus and Ellen Fusco, and the brokerage’s top two agents by units were Tony Coelho and John Kleps.
Coelho, originally from Portugal, earned his real estate license in 1988, gaining expansive market knowledge, business relationships and recognition in both Fairfield and New Haven Counties.
Titus began his real estate career 10 years ago in Westport, where in his first year he was awarded "Rookie of the Year" for obtaining the most sales companywide of all new agents.
Fusco is known in the community as being both a top agent and attorney.
Kleps is highly respected for his extensive knowledge of Fairfield, Southport and the greater Bridgeport areas, especially Black Rock.
“I extend my congratulations to all of the recipients of this recognition for their accomplishments,” said President and CEO of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Paul Breunich. “I appreciate their dedication and hard work, and look forward to our continued success.”
