Micha Harpaz, 63, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 22, on 21 counts of forgery following a check fraud investigation at his business, Menopause Matters, LLC., said Wilton Police Lt. Robert Kluk.
According to Kluk, Harpaz would allegedly change the amount on the checks before depositing them, for a total of $39,000.
He was also charged with one count of larceny.
Harpaz was released on a promise to appear ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, Nov. 1.
