A resident called to report several suspicious individuals in a gray truck parked near the school, police said.
When officers arrived shortly after 1 a.m., they spotted the truck with several passengers driving on two flat tires near Barberry Road and Juniper Lane, police said.
When questioned, Robert Chizmazia, 22, of Fairchild Avenue, who was in the back seat, told police he had some prescription pills in a small case near his legs, police said. In the case, officers found a small amount of the cough medicine Benzonatate and Clonazepam and Alprazolam, both sedatives, police said.
Chizmazia was charged with possession of narcotics and is scheduled to appear in court on April 10, police said.
