Thunderstorms are expected to push their way from the west, mainly after 3 p.m., according to The National Weather Service. Some of the storms could produce drenching rain and gusty winds. The chance of precipitation is 70 percent.
The chance for storms continues through 1 a.m. Friday, before skies clear.
Friday will be a sunny day with a high between 88 and 90 degrees.
