Greenwich Police say they were issued a warrant for the arrest of Xavier Medel, 19, of Bridgeport after he allegedly involved in a series of car larcenies and a vehicle theft on November 26, 2018. Investigators were visiting Stamford Superior Court Monday, April 8 at 11 a.m. when officers were advised that Medel would be exiting a Correctional Transportation bus to the Stamford Superior Court House, police say.
