The crash took place in New Haven County around 4:15 p.m., Saturday, June 10 in Meriden at the intersection of Windsor Avenue at West Main Street. Officer Involved Shooting At CVS Parking Lot Under Investigation, State Police Say Connecticut State Police are investigating an officer-involved shooting that took place in the parking lot of a CVS store. The shooting took place around 10:30 p.m. Thursday when five officers of the Meriden Police Department's Crime Suppression Unit, began following a Buick Century on West Main Street, said the state police.
