Bridgeport Man Shoves Cop At Milford Restaurant, Police Say A Bridgeport man is in hot water with local law enforcement in the area after allegedly becoming combative and shoving a police officer attempting to break up an unruly group at an area restaurant. Members of the Milford Police Department were dispatched to Village Bistro on Merwin Road at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 13, where there was a report of an unruly group in the building.
