CT Fugitive Caught After Decades On Run
A man who has been wanted in Connecticut for nearly three decades has been taken into custody in South Carolina. On Wednesday, April 3, the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force captured Ted Lee Livingston, the Horry County Police Department announced. Livingston has been wanted in the state of Connecticut for 29 years on an escape charge dating back to April 1990. According to police, to evade capture, Livingston changed his birthday and ID information on his South Carolina driver’s license. Livingston was arrested on Pint Circle in Longs, police said, and taken to the J. Reuben Long Detention Center.…
