Teen In Car Stolen In Darien Caught When Second Police Chase Ends In Crash A teen driving a suspicious vehicle who fled from police during a chase from I-95 was finally caught after a separate chase ended in a crash early Friday morning. Taylin Fraiser, 18, of Hartford, was busted around 3:30 a.m. after Greenwich Police attempted to stop his vehicle in the Byram area, but instead of stopping, he fled on I-95 south into New York, with police ending the chase after a short distance, said Lt.
