SUV Found Under Dock In Marina On Long Island Sound An SUV that went into the water was discovered under a dock along the Long Island Sound. The incident happened on Saturday morning, Feb. 1 at Dolphin’s Cove Marina in Bridgeport, authorities said. The vehicle, which was unoccupied, was found approximately 75 feet from the Public Boat ramp wedged under a boat dock. According to Scott Appleby, Bridgeport’s director of the Office of Emergency Management & Homeland Security,  an Ice Rescue Thermal imaging camera through the two top roof sunroofs, which were broken out, determined the SUV did not have any occupants.
