The incident took place on Saturday, Dec. 18, in Hartford County when police responded to the Walmart in Bristol at 1400 Farmington Ave., for a report of a disturbance in the parking lot. Westport Woman, 20, Charged For Having Stun Gun, Drug Paraphernalia, New Canaan Police Say A 20-year-old woman from Fairfield County was arrested after being found with drug paraphernalia and a stun gun during a traffic stop in New Canaan, police said. Westport resident Alexia Paris Vickers was stopped shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, on Main Street, when an officer spotted her with a defective headlight in New Canaan. Police said that during the subsequent traffic stop, the officer detected the smell of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle, prompting a search of Vickers and her vehicle.
