One Person Shot, Another Injured At Area Sport Cafe One person was shot and another treated for non-life threatening injuries at an area sports cafe. The shooting took place around 12:08 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 21 at the Sports Corner Cafe located on Stratford Avenue, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti. Police did not release many details except to say that one man was shot and another was treated for injuries. The Stratford Police Department Investigative Division is currently investigating the incident. This is a developing story. Check back to Daily Voice for updates.

Bridgeport Man Busted On Weapons Charges Following Chase, Stratford Police Said A Bridgeport man was busted by Stratford Police for allegedly throwing a gun out of his vehicle during a police chase, police said. Eris Hall, 22,  was arrested by Stratford Police around 10 p.m., on Tuesday, March 26, after taking police on a car chase, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
